Montblanc Hair Field was founded in 2012 in San Diego by owner Masa, who built his career at top salons in Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Orange County. With the latest trends and techniques gained through his international experience, Masa brings a unique approach to hair styling.

The name “Montblanc” comes from the highest peak of the Alps. In French, it means “White Mountain,” and over time it has also come to symbolize beauty itself. Inspired by this meaning, our mission is to create styles that bring out each client’s natural beauty and confidence.
